VegetaBall’s Easy Pesto Pizza
Ingredients:
1 ready to cook pizza crust
1 cup VegetaBall’s Pesto
1 cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) 
- In small bowl combine ricotta and romano. Spread the ricotta and parmesan mix over the pesto, and layer the tomatoes over the cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan to taste. 
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. 
- Spread or dollop VegetaBall’s Pesto on top and enjoy!
