Salmon Pesto Bake
Ingredients:
Salmon fillets
Salt and pepper
VegetaBall’s Pesto
Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425℉ 
- Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Lay the fish, skin-side-down, in a baking dish large enough to fit the salmon and tomatoes. 
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of VegetaBall’s Pesto over the fish, evenly covering the fillets. Then add cherry tomatoes to the sides of the fish. 
- Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and begins to flake with a fork.
