Crock-Pot Pesto Chicken
Ingredients:
2 cans (10.5oz each) Cream of Chicken Soup
½ cup Vegetaball’s Pesto
½ cup Sour Cream
2 pounds Chicken (boneless skinless breasts or tenderloins, cut into strips)
Directions:
- Spray a 5 to 6 quart crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner if desired. 
- Place the strips of chicken at the bottom of the crock. 
- Measure and combine the cream of chicken soup, Vegetaball’s Pesto, and sour cream in a bowl, mixing well. Spread mixture evenly over chicken strips in the crock-pot. 
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender. 
- Serve chicken over cooked noodles or rice and enjoy!
